The aim of this Program Area is to support Australian urban and regional communities to live sustainably and preserve biodiversity. Applications for $100,000 or more are received via an expression of interest process. In addition, the Foundation supports smaller projects by recognising the important role played by volunteers and environmental organisations in increasing public understanding and awareness.
